GLOBALIZATION

GLOBALIZATION
A CRITICAL LOOK AT GLOBALIZATION.

The term global economy is a joke. It is promoted by hungry corporations and individuals to outdo and outsell each other. Their argument for a global economy “ because the world is changing”, is specious. The world isn’t changing. People are. The One Worlders are blindly touting “global economy” because they see us losing our predominant (and most desirable) position in the world and they are running scared, looking for a way out. They mistakenly see a “global economy” as their escape hatch; ignoring completely what America stands for.

What made America great—worlds ahead of all other nations—are ingredients we had then, and still have, right in our own backyard: manpower, work ethic, material resources, initiative, cooperation, creativity, commonsense, and pride in our country and our accomplishments. And because we have mishandled or misused these priceless gifts we’ve been forced to take the low road and invent a “global economy”, a concept that will take us back to the stagnant lifestyles we escaped from 200 years ago.

It can be argued that, with few exceptions, a large area of our material world is still in the Dark Ages, technologically, creatively, initiatively and most importantly, perceptively, i.e., the inability to envision something better.
For centuries, most of the world has been in the grip of oppressors calling themselves rulers.
Europe has been under the heel of kings, emperors, caesars, and kaisers. The Middle East still feels the iron fist of sultans, emirs, potentates and caliphs. With few exceptions, the Far East has seen a strutting parade potentates, emirs, pharaohs, and monarchs. South America has a history of oppression by the Spaniards, a struggling Inca culture, and a pitiful attempt at “modern rule” by acting presidents, chairmen, Junta leaders, and a few home-grown dictators.

Finally, except for its south end, Africa is still in primitive conditions of poverty, hunger, lack of any discernable progress, and victims of exploitation by greedy corporations of Africa’s rich resource of precious metals and diamond mines.
And the advocates of global economy want to push America back into this kind of a world? These short-sighted soothsayers are either blind, stupid, mad, or disciples of a more sinister agenda.

Let’s face the facts. America, with its hard-working, freedom-loving people, is perfectly capable of holding its own, and more, whether in this world or the next, if we think “leadership” instead of “going along”, and
American progress instead of world stagnation.

In America, we have everything we need right here. We always did have, and we always will, if we make proper use of what God gave us, instead of listening to the tripe globalists feed us. The solution is staring us in the face, but we have to douse the mirror and begin looking look at reality. Here’s a start:

(1) Stop immediately shipping our technology and means of
production to foreign countries. Anything they can make we can make better, IF we commit ourselves to higher-quality American superiority, competitive prices, reasonable profit, and good jobs.

(2) When hiring sales people, especially selling-by-phone, choose only people who speak fluid English, clearly and intelligibly. Americans are used to understandable communication. When they don’t get it, it’s an inconvenience and annoyance, and it hurts business. And they feel that their country is invaded by illiterates.

(3) We must master a dichotomy. We have to protect our overseas embassies, but at the same time, we must begin to bring our “warring power” home. Continuing our military presence in 130 nations around the world is costly, provocative, and unnecessary. America’s purpose on earth is to set an example of freedom, independence, and self-reliance; it is not to rule, educate, or “save” the world.

(4) Radio host, Dennis Prager said: “The biggest threat to the future of America is that we have not passed on to this generation what it means to be an American. A country that has no reason to survive, will not survive.” Our schools are not teaching our children what America is, and what it stands for. We must, therefore, change our educational priorities. Future generations must know why America was created in the first place, and it is incumbent on our generation to tell them.

These four steps are not only necessary, but absolutely essential, to help preserve the great nation we have.
